Client challenge

Silo working and a lack of synergy between the ten business units of a rapidly expanding international logistics business with operations in South Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Africa was causing friction and lost opportunities. The HR director was tasked with addressing these issues through a conference for the 200 most senior leaders.

What we did

A 3 day conference in Dubai was designed and delivered for the 200 leaders with an agenda of plenary presentations and discussions, group working, competitions and social activity.

The result

High levels of interaction and connection between leaders from different business units and geographies was achieved as was engagement between the senior leaders and their teams. Much improved cross-business cooperation was reported and observed subsequently.
