Client challenge

Conceptual agreement on a new multi-stakeholder approach to strategic infrastructure planning needed to be made in to a practical, deliverable reality for a small, core team to implement.

What we did

Existing planning and project management approaches were understood and mapped, then streamlined and integrated with the strategy manager’s thoughts and ideas, to create a longer-term strategic process.

The result

Three levels of process were designed and mapped to engage and inform different stakeholder groups and full documentation and presentation materials were designed to support that engagement and implementation activity.
