Client challenge
An employee survey revealed a workforce that was increasingly disengaged, frustrated and disunited; the brand image was quite different to the employee experience and managers lacked empowerment.
What we did
Working closely with stakeholders from HR, design, communications, manufacturing and retail operations, a behaviours based change programme was designed which could be rolled out globally via a champions network.
The result
The approach and the programme design were agreed by the CEO and stakeholder committee then handed over to an HR-based programme team for delivery.
